Frequently asked questions
What people ask most before starting a project, answered plainly.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
A landing page, 7 to 10 days. A full website, 2 to 3 weeks. A catalog, configurator or dashboard, 3 to 6 weeks. A 20–45 second motion graphic, about a week. Express pieces, 24 to 72 hours. Timelines start when I receive your information, not when you pay.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery. Everything is agreed in writing first: scope, timeline and price.
Why are there no prices on the deals?
Because price depends on scope and we prefer to give it to you complete and in writing. Seasonal deals have real dates; the seasonal price is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How many revisions are included?
Each proposal states the rounds. You review on a private page where you leave notes on the exact spot (on video, at the exact second), so each round is clear and fast.
Are the domain and hosting mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you keep the access. I explain the yearly running cost before we start.
Is SEO included?
Every site ships with the basics done right: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, mobile version and speed. Local SEO (Google Maps, pages per service and area) is quoted separately if you need it.
Can you help me appear in ChatGPT and other assistants?
It works like good SEO: clear, verifiable and consistent information on your site, on Google Maps and in real reviews. There are no guaranteed shortcuts and we will not sell you one.
Can I update my site myself?
Yes, if it includes a dashboard: you change prices, photos, products or tours without code. Otherwise changes are made on request.
Do you make videos with voice-over?
Yes. Spots and jingles with voice-over (human or natural synthetic voice), licensed music and a mix ready for social media, radio or screens.
Do you work outside Mérida or in English?
Yes. Everything can be done remotely, in Spanish or English.
What is the tour discount?
If you book a Mary Tours trip from a NearVisual page with a group of 4 or more, you get a per-person discount that Mary Tours confirms when quoting. NearVisual does not operate or charge for tours.
